- By submitting this application, you indicate your interest to attend the selected course.

- Orego reserves the right to cancel the Course at its discretion without assigning any reason/s.

- Orego cannot be held responsible for unsuccessful claim of funding outcome.

- Replacement of names is FOC at any point as long as it is outside the 24-hour window from course commencement date. $50 replacement fee is levied for name
replacement within 24 hours from course commencement date.

- Refund Policy:
a. Orego will confirm the course commencement via email. Withdrawals will not be charged if informed before course commencement confirmation.

b. If you withdraw from the course 3 or less calendar days from the date the course commencement email is sent, 100% of course fee will be refunded (NB: The email
sent date is calculated as the 1st day.)

c. If you withdraw more than 30 calendar days before class commencement date: 100% of course fee will be refunded. (NB: Items (a) & (b) apply.)

d. If you withdraw from the course between 15 to 30 calendar days before class commencement date: 50% of course fee will be refunded. (NB: Items (a) & (b) apply.)

e. If you withdraw within 14 calendar days before class commencement date: No course fee will be refunded. (NB: Items (a) & (b) apply.)

When you participate an Orego Pte Ltd (Orego) workshop, you will be participating in an event where photography, video and audio recording may occur.

By participating in an Orego workshop, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on web sites, or for any other purpose(s) that Orego, its vendors, partners, affiliates and/or representatives deems fit to use. You release Orego, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitising, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.

By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Orego or the person or entity designated to do so by Orego.

In addition, the event will be monitored for unauthorised recording. By attending the Orego workshop or entering the workshop premises, you agree not to record or digitise any parts of the presentation. If you attempt to use a recording device, you consent to your immediate removal from the premises and forfeiture of the device.

You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before participating in the Orego workshop.
