About Orego

Dr Paul Goh
Managing Partner
Paul holds a doctorate and is a certified Career Facilitator and Myer-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Administrator. He also loves sharing his insights as an adjunct professor at universities in Singapore, inspiring students with his passion for growth and understanding.
In 2006, as new parents, Paul and his wife, Kathleen Ong, faced a heartfelt journey—wondering whether their son was special needs and how best to support him if he was. (Thankfully, he isn't.) Fast forward nine years, and Kathleen, a dedicated school counsellor, found herself yearning for more tools to truly support her students' well-being. These experiences planted a seed in both of them—one that eventually blossomed into Orego.
In 2015, driven by a deep desire to make a difference, Paul founded Orego with a simple yet powerful mission: to empower everyday people—whether you're a caregiver, parent, teacher, social or mental health professional, or someone simply wanting to help—so that you can confidently support others through life's challenges. You don’t need to be a therapist to make a meaningful impact. Whether you're caring for children, elderly loved ones, or individuals with special needs, learning practical, easy-to-apply skills can truly create positive change.
Of course, some interventions are best left to professionals. But many strategies are straightforward and can be learned with a little practice. For example, knowing how to help someone manage their emotions during anxious moments can prevent a small upset from becoming a bigger crisis.
And for those already trained in therapy, we’re here to support your growth—helping you refine and deepen your skills even further.
At Orego, you’ll learn from experienced psychologists and therapists—true experts dedicated to guiding you every step of the way.
Recently, we've expanded our offerings beyond live workshops to include flexible on-demand e-Courses, featuring bite-sized modules that you can access anytime, anywhere. This makes it easier than ever to step up, learn new skills, and make a lasting difference in someone’s life.
We warmly invite you to join us on this journey—because even small skills can create a big impact.
ONE GIANT step that does it, it’s a lot of LITTLE STEPS
