Last week, Orego participated in the Christian Mental Health Conference held in Singapore. It was a meaningful opportunity for us to connect with like-minded organisations and individuals passionate about emotional well-being and spiritual care.

At our booth, we invited attendees to engage in a reflective activity we called the Tree of Hope – a space where individuals could write down their hopes, prayers, or emotions on leaf-shaped cards and place them on the tree. The result was a moving display of shared vulnerability, healing, and collective intention.

We’re grateful for every person who stopped by to connect, share, and reflect. Mental health is not just a clinical concern – it’s also deeply human and relational.
