She has over a decade of experience with children, youth, and families dealing with complex trauma and severe mental health issues. Her past experience includes roles at National University Hospital (NUH) and Raffles Counselling Centre.

Held degrees in medicine, theology, and a Ph.D. in pastoral care from the University of Edinburgh. He served as the bishop of the Methodist Church in Singapore from 2002 to 2012 and has authored more than 60 books on subjects including pastoral care and aging.

She was a Principal Clinical Psychologist at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH) for 15 years, providing assessment and therapy for children, adults, and older adults with emotional problems.

A Licensed Mental Health Counsellor with a Master’s degree in Community Counselling and over 18 years of experience. A former Clinical Director, she is now in private practice and serves as an adjunct professor. She is an EMDR-trained therapist and consultant for other practitioners.

Joined Petra Institute as a facilitator in 2013 after working with an organization serving orphans in Nigeria. She has extensive international experience training adults and working with vulnerable children in countries including Indonesia, East Africa, and Mongolia. Her work is focused on child counseling.
