Carol Loi is a dynamic leadership coach, digital wellness advocate, and public service veteran dedicated to raising a healthy, resilient next generation. By blending deep expertise in technology management with a passion for human development, she empowers families, youth, and organizations to thrive in an increasingly digital world. Carol brings over two decades of public service experience to her work, having served in strategic roles across Singapore’s Economic Development Board, Ministry of Education, and Info-communications Media Development Authority.

After her distinguished public service career, she founded SGFamilies and launched her own consultancy in 2017. Her vision is to build a vibrant “virtual kampong” where communities can learn together and raise a healthy village around the next generation.

As an active speaker and trainer, Carol specializes in digital wellness education, mental wellness coaching, and youth leadership development. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Nanyang Technological University, specializing in technology and human capital management. Additionally, Carol is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Youth and Family Coach and a Colson Fellow, equipped to engage modern culture effectively with a thoughtful worldview.
